Part Time Accounts Administrator
High Level Photography is not your normal photographic company ‐ our team utilises a wide range of expertise, the latest in camera equipment and a variety of unusual methods to capture impressive images from Eye Level to Sky Level. As well as the more conventional ground level photography, we employ several methods to capture images and video including mast‐mounted vehicles, planes and helicopters, radio‐controlled drones, crane buckets, cherry pickers and even timelapse camera systems. Dedication, experience, and expertise are only part of our story, we believe the company is one of a kind and is carving a niche for itself as the go‐to photographers for the property industry.
We are looking for a hands-on Credit Controller to come and join our great team.
The primary responsibility of the successful candidate is to:
· Monitor customer payment performance.
· Utilise negotiation skills to engage with customers and recommend work-out strategies to line management.
· Arrange collection of payment via third parties where appropriate.
  • Complete administrative tasks as necessary during the life of contracts, ensuring all data is uploaded onto relevant systems completely, accurately and in accordance with GDPR guidelines
  • Deal with customer service enquiries via telephone and email
  • Escalate issues and complaints in a timely manner, in accordance with company processes and regulatory requirements
  • Contact business customers for outstanding charges and the collection of late payments.
  • Reconcile incoming payments
Skills required to be successful in the position:
  • Demonstrable strong payment collection experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, organised and ability to effectively prioritise workload
  • Good negotiation and general communication skills
  • Experience in using MS Office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience of working within a small business
  • Experience of ‘Xero’ accounting system
  • You will have a proven track record in successful Credit Control, Debt Collection and B2B experience
